Bush is one of the more common Items in Triple Town appearing ~15% of the time. It is worth 20 Points when formed by placing three Grass next to each other. You can also place it directly; when one comes instead of grass, or is bought in the Store for 150 Coins. When three bushes are placed next to each other, they form a Tree. When four or more bushes are placed next to each other they form a super tree, giving more points.
